| Factory Cat's ultra compact MicroMag scrubbers are designed to clean machine shops, congested lunch rooms, car dealerships and busy fabrication plants. They stand up to the demands of daily industrial use, including rough tractor trailer service bays.
The MicroMag is available as a Pad Assist (Micro) or Traction (MicroMag). The 10-gallon tanks and standard batteries offer superior productivity. Built to the same high standard as our largest rider scrubbers, the MicroMag has the ability to remove tire marks and heavy buildup. Its simple design is ideal for the "Do it Yourself" operators and service staff.
The disk models are available in 17 and 20-inch sizes, and our pad assist design offers unmatched propulsion. This adjustable pad bias is unique to Factory Cat and allows the machine to be almost completely self-propelled on most floor surfaces.
The traction drive units have a powerful all-gear transaxle for climbing ramps and operator ease. The curved squeegee is laser cut from 3/4-inch steel and includes a "break-away" design for durability.
Operators of various heights will appreciate the adjustable handlebar, and low hood for superior visibility.
The scrub head is protected by the frame's heavy steel construction, with non-marking tires and bumper wheels to protect against marks. Like other Factory Cat equipment, the MicroMag is entirely made in the USA, and with American components that are assembled with stainless fasteners.
On close inspection you will notice that axle, casters, scrub deck, squeegee linkage and battery package all mounted directly to a 10-gauge steel frame, which is powder coated for protection.
